Join us on Valentines Day for a fun hand-rolled pasta and sauce class. In this fun class students will mix their own water-based pasta dough and roll busiate spirals. We’ll demonstrate a simple, deeply flavored pasta sauce as well. We’ll finish by boiling our busiate and having a light meal. Vegan/vegetarian friendly class although there will be a meat option. Leave with some pasta dough and the recipes and experience to make pasta at home.
