Lisa Jacobson

Lisa Jacobson is the owner of the Mermaid Kitchen (est 2021) and the former owner of the Mermaid Cafe (2005-2017).  She has years of experience cooking food of all kinds with a focus on fresh, local food straight from farmers whenever possible. Lisa has lived in Spain, Indonesia, and Costa Rica and brings a wide variety of ingredients and techniques to her dishes.  Lisa has taught cooking classes to adults, high school students, and students with disabilities and always brings a healthy dose of laughter and fun to her classes.
